Review: Palladium

Remember when I shared about Palladium Boots to open in Malaysia? They’re now open at Lot F235A 1st Floor, The Gardens, Mid Valley City and I just paid them a visit the other day. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store:

From aircraft tyres to footwear, I think Palladium has come a long way to meet the needs of the current market in a fashionable way. For the men, whether you want a distressed look or a clean tone, they have all the selections for you

These are the boots that soldiers wore during the war and now, we can show them off as a fashion statement!

And here’s a look at the Spring/Summer 2015 Macaron collection (only for ladies!) featuring the Flex Lace and Flex Ballet that are a fun and colourful delight to wear, especially when this year is all about pastel hues. The macaron-influenced colors available include Raspberry, Mango, Blueberry, Lemon, Pistachio and Lavender

But if you prefer a more classic boot cut or high tops, opt for the Baggy style, which you can wear two ways (guess which colour I got!)

The Baggy also comes in fancy wild prints, if pastel hues aren’t your cup of tea

And now, for my very own (and first!) pair of Palladium Boots, I got myself a pair in …

Lavender Baggy from their Spring/Summer Macaron collection! Thank you so much for the personalized note (I love personalized everything) and I’m so happy it fits me so well because they come in half sizes too

I expected them to be heavier, being boots and all but it was surprisingly light, uber comfortable and not at all chunky

2

The soles are also made of the very rubber that they used for the aircraft tyres during the war, making them highly durable and lightweight

I love them and I can’t wait to wear them during my next trip because it’s just perfect for a city explorer like me and sudden hikes or trails to explore that I might add to my itinerary. Tee-hee

Now it’s your turn to grab your own pair of Palladium boots at their outlet at The Gardens, Mid Valley and don’t forget to follow them on Instagram to check out who else is very them *winks*
